What if it Rains?
Hop 'N Vine is an INDOOR Festival & Market. Weather will not affect our event !
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All attendees who would like to taste must be 21 and we will be verifying IDs when you check in so please don't forget to bring your ID along. Guests who are not tasting are welcome but must purchase a "designated driver/not tasting" ticket.
Can children attend?
Since the focus of this event is on tasting beer and wine it may not be a lot of fun for kids. But if you need to bring your children along they may attend. If they are over the age of 5 you must purchase a non-tasting ticket for them.
Do designated drivers need a ticket?
Yes, designated drivers or guests in your party who do not wish to taste beer and wine must purchase a "designated driver/not tasting" ticket.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
If you have questions please feel free to contact Valerie Merklin, Development Manager, at 408-477-7125 or by email at vmerklin@thefair.org
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, if you can't make it and want to give your ticket to someone else just email us at vmerklin@thefair.org and we will update the information for sign-in at the event so they can check in under their name.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not have to bring a printed ticket to the event. It would be helpful if you have the email confirmation on your phone just in case there are any issues, but since you are purchasing your ticket through Eventbrite we will have your name on the check-in list.
What is the refund policy?
Minimum of 7 days before the event.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
If you purchased multiple tickets for a group everyone will need to check-in under your name. We check off your attendees as they arrive so we will know how many in your party have arrived, so there is no need to arrive together at the same time.
